Facility Management: Here, we are concerned with the day to day administration that ensures the maximum efficiencies of the accompanying facilities/installation in a property such as: Lifts, Generators, Electric panel, Train former, RMU, Plumbing, Cleaning, Security, Water treatment.

Valuation: of land, building, plant and machinery including furniture, fixtures, fittings and equipments for purpose of mortgage, insurance, compensation, rating, balance sheet, sale/purchase, rental merger, acquisition bids and privatization.

We also offer assistance to our customers by working directly with the government of Nigeria for government land for sale.  As well as individual sales of land and buildings both residential and commerical.
